Who I am and why this policy exists

Data operator: Anna Tulenkova. This policy is prepared under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

Respecting your rights and freedoms is my priority — including the right to privacy.

This policy applies to all data I receive from visitors of туленкова.рф.

What data I collect and why

The sole purpose is to reach back to you regarding your request and to discuss a training session.

• Name.
• Contact (phone and/or Telegram).
• Message — if provided.
• Technical data (cookies, IP, browser) — anonymised.

Legal basis

Processing is possible only with your consent, given by submitting the form.

Basis: Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ and Federal Law No. 149-FZ.

How I use and store data

Data is stored on a secure server in Russia. Only I have access.

I do not share data with third parties, except when required by law.

Retained only for as long as needed. Then — deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request information about what data of yours is processed.
• Request correction, blocking or deletion.
• Withdraw your consent.
• File a complaint with Roskomnadzor or the court.

Security

I take reasonable legal, organisational and technical measures:

• SSL encryption (https).
• Protected database.
• Password-restricted access.

Cross-border transfer

I do not transfer your personal data outside Russia.

By submitting the form on туленкова.рф, you consent to processing of your personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Consent is valid until purpose is achieved or you withdraw it.

Withdrawal: email tulienkova2000@mail.ru with subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". Response within 10 business days.

General terms

This agreement governs the relationship between Anna Tulenkova (the "Coach") and the visitor of туленкова.рф (the "User").

By continuing to use the site, the User accepts the terms.

What the site does

The site is an informational resource about padel training, formats, prices and contact with the Coach.

A submitted form request is not a public offer and does not oblige the Coach to accept it.

User obligations

The User commits to:

• Provide accurate data in the form.
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Not attempt unauthorised access to the site's systems.
• Comply with Russian law when using site content.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, photos, design, logos) belongs to the Coach or is used lawfully.

Copying or distributing without written consent is prohibited.

Liability

The Coach is not liable for site outages or issues with third-party services (Telegram, payment providers, etc.).

Court rental and organisational matters unrelated to the training itself are outside the Coach's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Changes

The Coach may change the terms. The current version is at туленкова.рф/legal. Update date is at the bottom.

What Yandex Metrika is

Yandex Metrika is a web analytics service by Yandex LLC that helps me understand how visitors use the site.

It does not collect data that would personally identify you.

What it collects

Metrika collects anonymised data:

• IP address (anonymised).
• Device type, browser, OS, screen resolution.
• Pages you visit and time on them.
• Referral source (search engine, social, direct).
• Cookies and Local Storage.

Why

To help me:

• Understand which pages are useful.
• Improve usability.
• Measure marketing effectiveness (if any).
